Hostile/Rude service. I used to visit this salon beginning roughly in 2004/2005ish and had been somewhat loyal since.

HOWEVER, they have turned into the rudest place - I can't believe they continue to have clients! The technicians and owner NEVER smile, they yell at you if you request something different than what is their opinion, and when I was slightly burned during a gel manicure, they insisted that it was impossible and riduculed me for being overly sensitive.

I will NEVER again go and advise you to do the same. Horrible, horrible customer service....

Bad Experience. I was in Miami for my wedding and needed a place to get a fill and pedicure and for my bridesmaids to get manicures. The fill and manicures were ok - but the pedicure was awful. It was painful and definitely quick with no frills. The worst thing was that I got an infection alongside the nail on my big toe. Not exactly what you want while on a beach honeymoon! It got so bad that when we returned home I had to have a shot of antibiotics as well as taking a prescription for 10 days to clear it up. Be careful!

Not great. The first time I went in, they did a pretty good job. I got a full set of nails, but explained to the woman that I needed them to be short (they were daggers). She made a big fuss, and told me they wouldn't look good. Hi, my nails, do them the way I want.

Another time I went in I had a male technician. He had a huge thumbnail that he used to clean my nails ... I literally gagged, particularly because it looked like he hadn't cleaned his hands in a week. The pricing is ridiculous and they don't have OPI. They're constantly trying to get you to get a whole new set of acrylic nails, which a good nail technician will tell you you don't need.

Go somewhere else ...

Great service, fast & good quality techs. Ask for Sandra, she does great designs. The other girls are great too and they specialize in gel nails.

THE OWNER IS A RUDE WITCH~BEWARE!!!! OVER PRICED for nothing!. I have never been treated so rudely ...EVER! I was a dedication client of HELEN until this witch crossed the line. She curses and yells at customers because she has no loyal clients she tries to steal everyone elses. BEWARE! OVERPRICED to begin with. .

BEST NAIL SHOP IN MIAMI!!! ask for HELEN!. I have been to countless places looking for the perfect nail shop! You must see Helen, this woman is very polite and knows how to do nails. She takes her time, shapes nails to fit your hands. NO MORE CHUNKY UN-NATURAL FAKE LOOKING NAILS! She is awesome. This place is clean and they are professionals that do not rush you out the door and do a horrible half azz job just to get your money. TRY THEM OUT, you will see what I am talking about. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice nail salon!. I went here after looking on Citysearch for a place to get a mani/pedi done in the North Miami area. I wanted something close to home and that had flexible hours. I called and they gave me excellent directions and when I asked what their last appt. usually was, they were quick to say that they would take me even as the end of the day drew near (they close around 7pm). Well, the following day, I showed up at 6:30pm with my sister-in-law and they took us right away without hesitation. The pedicure was great and the massage on my feet and legs was heavenly. My nails are nothing to brag about since I bite them but they made them look pretty with a pale pink polish. I will definitely come here again and my sister-in-law was equally impressed. She'll be coming here to get her nails done when she visits from NY.

Very Quick Service. If you do not want to wait a long time to get a pedicure this is the place to go. They do a good job with great prices. A pedicure is only $20! iT It is a skinny short girl that arches eyebrows really good. I recommend it so far.

Good & Quick. If your in a hurry for a manicure or pedicure you can't go wrong. Most of the girls are excellent and work quickly. They are efficient and if you ask, they'l give a great massage. Can't beat the prices.Not noisy and smelly like other assembly line nail salons along the Boulevard.Come in and see Maria or Ana, their great.
