Great job!. Thanks a lot to Marc and JR, you went above and beyond getting this visa. I never see any service like that, and will recommend to co-workers at Microsoft. Really appreciate it.

Do NOT do business with this company. I sent my passports in to this company and, after many days and phone calls, found out from the courier that was supposed to deliver them to the embassy that he had never been paid by the "home office". I am now just hoping to get my passports back and not have to call the police and the US State Department and report them stolen by this company. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!

Also, I notice that on City Search, despite the fact that they have never received more than one star, it shows them as receiving four stars at the top of the page. This should be rectified as it is deceiving.

If I could give them ZERO starts, I would.

Great customer service True to their word!. I had tried other agencies no one could help me for a same day passport even though they advertised same day service. I showed up on their doorstep without an appointment. Ten minutes later my expired passport was on its way to the Embassy exactly 24 hours later I recieved a phone call saying that they had picked up my new passport. I hope I never have to use this service again but if I do I would not use anyone else.

liars and petty thieves. I needed to renew a passport very quickly, so I called Passports and Visas to ask about their "same day" processing service. They told me I was eligible, so I fedexed my expired passport, the required forms and, of course, a check. Two days later they called me to inform me that, in fact, I was not eligible for same day processing and they would fedex my application materials to me. It took two whole business days for them to even bring the application materials to the Fedex depot at their end (this was supposed to be the same day service, mind you). When I finally received my application materials so I could start over, only with 5 fewer days left to get a new passport, I realized that they held on to my check for the services they refused to render. After contacting the "Marketing Director" (whose email address, should you be a spammer, is pdiack [at] passportsandvisas [dot] com) about the missing check, he told me that he "couldn't find it" and pretended to be very puzzled by this. So I lost $25 canceling the check, whatever the amount was that I paid the post office to sign my application form and the amount it costs to overnight a package via Fedex. Forget about their guarantee--it's total bs. Don't use this service!

Not Trustworthy. The two phone numbers provided on their website are not functional. Two out of the three emails provided on their website are returned as "undeliverable." The one email address that might work is not used to communicate replies of any sort.

However, their system for charging credit cards and cashing checks appears to work just fine--despite a complete lack of any service whatsoever.

Sending your passport to a company found via the internet is apparently a completely stupid idea. Don't fall for it the way that I did. Take your passport IN PERSON to a legitimate brick and morter establishment in your area. It might cost a little bit more, but at least you won't get completely f*cked like I did.

And while you may find mentions of this company on various sites touting their excellence, notice that these are all advertisements BOUGHT by this bunk company. If I lived in Miami, I'd be in their face by now.
