In Short – It's a culinary circus at promoter Barton G's eclectic masterpiece. Whether you choose the intimate outdoor patio setting or the more conventional air-conditioned dining room inside, all eyes gravitate to the table when food with flair is served. Order the lobster pop tarts and they come in an actual toaster. Go for an ice cream sundae and it comes with its own mini-fridge of toppings. Barton G. is never cheap but it's always memorable.

Beautiful decor! They did a great job creating this restaurant in each details.
Barton G's is know for it's presentation, it is over the top! But it can be expensive; in all fairness you can eat there for a reasonable price, and still enjoy the decor of a 5 star place. For example the Short Ribs are amazing and at a great price; and the NY steak is excellent and priced accordingly; of course if you want the fancy stuff (HUGE lobster) be ready to pay for it!!
The only thing you gotta be careful is the drinking part... they are very expensive, and if you go for the nitrogen stuff it will cost you!! But in all fairness, again, the prices are on the menu, unlike many tourist traps! Even the wine list is a bit expensive.
Service is on point and knowledgeable, probably on of the best in SoBe, without the attitude!
If you go there on a nice evening, you gotta seat in the garden, it's very nice and romantic.
Great place for a birthday, or any celebration, especially when comes dessert time... no comment you gotta see it by yourself.

This is probably one of the best fine dining restaurants in miami. The food is served in an modern american fashion including plates served with i-fish fouintains and even firehouse dogs. It is a contemporary place with great food the best part and probably the most expensive is the dessert. This is a must see restaurant.
