In Short – Though television monitors quietly broadcast sporting events and football paraphernalia abounds, this is no ordinary sports bar, even beyond the cute football-shaped rolls. Comfy elevated booths and classy modern tables face an open kitchen. The well-rounded menu features everything from crab cakes to beef tips. Save room for the signature Almond Basket, a far tastier treat than the name implies with fresh seasonal fruits and a berry sorbet served inside crunchy almond brittle.

We visited Dan Marinos on 11-22-08. We were in town for the Patriot/Miami game. I have been wanting to go for many years to visit his restaurant and this was my first time that I could go. The service was great and the restaurant looked wonderful. But when receiving the food it was not up to the expectations that were advertised. We were as a group very disappointed.
- Pros: Service
- Cons: Food Quality
Disappointing Experience!

I was so excited to go to Dan Marinos restaurant and was disappointed! The actual service was good, but the food was horrible. My husband received his so called 9ounce steak in a french fries plate and the steak looked like an appetizer. The bread we recieved was cold. The spinach dip looked like a whole bunch of grass thrown on a plate. We asked for a cheese dip for our nacho chips that came with the spinach dip and they took like 3 slices of cheddar cheese and microwaved them. I ordered the chicken gordon bleu...wow...horrible. And the garlic mash potatoes, might as well given me the potatoes for me to mash. I was so looking forward to eating here and left so disappointed. I wanted a desert, but after all that, i was afraid to order any. The only thing that looked good, which was what the people next to us ordered, was the burger. Maybe this should just be a burger place!
- Pros: The service was nice.
- Cons: The food was bad.
Excellent food, horrible service

After waiting 40 min to be seated (which we expected since it was Saturday night), we were very hungry. Our waiter was missing and was horrible. Just to order, it took 15 min. Then I had to remind him that I ordered a glass of wine as he was walking by. After we finally ordered, it took 15 -20 min before he brought us our bread. I just figured bread didn't come with our meal. Our food followed about 1 min after he brought the bread. Why even bother to bring the bread? It was like he didn't really care.
Our food was really good though. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the wine went really well with it. However, we were just overall disappointed because our service was so bad. If they get some better staff, then I'd recommend to eat there.
- Pros: Good food
- Cons: Horrible service
