Cheap flowers, bad service, the perfect rip-off place.. Don't waste your money on this place. There are better flower shops in Coral Gables than this one. Paid $150 for a dozen roses that honestly I could get for 10 bucks at any traffic light. Bad presentation and terrible taste. They don't refund your money and got the nerve to charge you twice if the credit card company accepts the claim. What a bunch of thieves!!!!!

The Worst Flower Shop in Miami!!! Total Rip-off!!!. My father had flowers delivered to my mom for mother's day. He paid $190 for the flowers taking advantage of my father's rush to send her something nice for that day and according to the rafter-lady who picked up the phone the flowers they use were ordered from specially grown farms.

She received the smallest rose buds ever seen in my life. They looked like 29.99 bouquet and several roses were notoriously broken and they delivered it like this.

My father called to complain that very same day but nobody answered the phone. Next day a guy called Mario picked up the phone and said he would replace it.

A day went by and never received it. I called the next day and he insisted they delivered it.

After a long wait verifying with his driver the information he told me a new one will be sent but didn't admit his mistake. The mad driver showed up at my mom's door, asked for the flower vase and just replace the ones that were broken with new ones, in a very bad shape and different tones of red. My father had enough and he gave the flowers back to the driver and asked him to take them to his gay boss and shove them up his ***.

What a terrible flower shop as of today he stills have not received the refund and had to dispute with the credit card company because that awful flower store still charged out account.

According to the owner they can only refund the flowers but not the delivery which runs about $50!!!!. WOW!!! BUYERS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOWER SHOP. After the conversation I had with them I thought I had to let everyone know what kind of shop this was! The Worst flower shop in Miami.

Worst Flower Shop in Miami. I called to order red roses for my mom last week. They overprice the flowers but I agreed due they promised to do something "amazing". Well, I was definitively amazed. Roses were dried and broken. Glass container was chipped and they look horrible with some blue butterflies they put around. I called and their mood changed completely. I was very calm and thinking maybe it was a mistake and that wasn't my order but the answer I got was a rain of bad words and insults. Totally different from the attitude when I called first to place the order. I hang down the phone and called credit card company to request my money back because they refused to give me a refund. I will never call them back and neither of my friends. And by the way, your flowers ended up in the dumpster.

Love it. They helped me pick out some beautiful flowers for me to get my girlfriend on her birthday, she loved them and I love you guys for helping me with the smile I put on her face! = )

Best Flowers in Town!. I had been recommended to Mario by several people but never expected him to be so wonderful! I had a very specific idea in mind for my wedding and Mario was able to grasp my idea and put a designer twist to it!! I was so happy with his ideas and service.. Belle Fleur is the best!!
