Rude Service. So-called "manager" at this restaurant is rude and unprofessional.

I have been eating here for over a year, my family ordering take-out from them, dining in, etc and the wait staff in house is always prompt and courteous.

However, that is when we are speaking Spanish to them. i had out of town guests, took them to the Kendall restaurant and they were completely ignored and spoken over as they tried to order.

I understand making things easier for everyone involved but my guests were treated badly. When we mentioned the incident to the cashier, a man standing by aggressively interrupted and said in English that they didnt have to come back if they didnt like the service.

I told the man that we were simply taken aback that they were ignored and that had made them uncomfortable to which the man stated that if I didnt understand what he had just said he would repeat it in Spanish so there was no confusion.

I asked to speak to the manager at which point he addressed himself as such and even the owner of that store. I told him he was very rude and was not being professional. At this point a line had formed at the cashier and there was no attempt to move the conversation aside. I walked away from register to a smaller dining area assuming the manager would follow.

When I turned around he was assisting the next customer and I waited for him to finish and then went up to him again and asked if I could speak to him which he replied, Only Spanish Speakers here."

The next customer looked between us and said that he just wanted to pay which I responded that was the last time any orders from me or family would be received.

Food is good. Portions huge. Prices reasonable BUT service is absolutely atrocious.
