Apparently I was DEAD WRONG in my review. After the owner offered me a $50 Gift certificate, I was happy. What a LIE. When I went to the restaurant the hostess was very nice but didn't know anything about this "promise" from the owner. A waiter named Kenji (the RUDEST!!!) came over & said he spoke with the owner who said no, if I wanted the Gift Certificate I would have to pay for it. I again showed him the e-mail & he continued to EMBARRASS me in front of everyone! I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again & will tell everyone I know about this HORRIBLE experience. So for the owner's deceptive practice, he may have saved $59, but he's lost THOUSANDS!!!ANOTHER example of Miami's reputation for POOR customer service!
