piece of crap. worst place ever.

they charge way too much and extras

i have 2 schnauzers. took them there today got charged extra because one of my dogs had "knots"

looked at her, and she is completely bruised. the other dog, either shampoo or perfume os something fell in her eyes, and she cant open it. i've washed it already, and put drops.. still super red.

DONT EVER TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE!

The Waldorf of Dog Hotels. I love this place. I have 2 South African Boerboels, which are large breed dogs, and the last thing I wanted was to have them caged up. Well, The Pet Spa provided a little "Suite" where my guys could stay together, since they're used to always being with one another. They had daily play time, and were treated wonderfully. The few times I've had to board one or both away from home, the main thing I look for when I pick them up is their attitude. Are they lethargic, moping around, or are they acting happy and spontaneous, which means, more than likely, that they've enjoyed themselves. When I picked them up from Pet Spa, they were having such a good time, whey kept running back inside. They loved the facility, and the staff treated them like royalty. In this world I've learned that you get what you pay for. It definitely is not cheap, but I checked it out thoroughly before I took my guys there, since I'm retired now, and have a fixed income. The services, and individual treatment were easily worth the extra money it cost me. I feel guilty when I have to leave my dogs at the vet, or board them out if I have to go out of town. When they stay at "The Pet Spa", there is no guilt, because I know they're being well taken care of. (Well, very little guilt anyway!) It's a great place, and they love dogs there, so it's not just a job for them.

THIS PLACE ROBS UR MONEY$$$. AS A SPA YOU WOULD EXPECT THE PRICES A BIT HIGHER, HOWEVER NOT TRIPLE THE CHARGE....THIS PLACE OVERCHARGES HEAVILY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE FOR KNOTS!!!! THEY DESERVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL BAD IF PET IS NOT GROOMED UP TO THEIR STANDARDS, WELL THAT'S THE POINT OF TAKING IT THERE!!!! INSTEAD OF HELPING YOU AND MAKING YOU FEEL HAPPY THEY GIVE YOU ATTITUDE AND MAKE YOU FEEL ASHAMED.
