Roger Elkind is the way to go!. I was looking for a DUI lawyer and I got myself into a bad situation, so i went online to read reviews about the different lawyers that specialize in DUI cases. After reading reviews and asking around i decided to call Mr. Elkind and it was the best decision I have made regarding my DUI. From the moment i spoke with Mr. Elkind i realized that i had found the right individual. I put my trust and future in the hands of Mr. Elkind and it was worth it. I had great advice from him and when he tells you to trust him, trust him because he is 100% right, listen to him! Thanks to him i have a second chance at doing the right thing!

Roger Elkind is someone that. I never thought that three drinks were going to affect my mind and judgment, I took my car and I never thought what possible consequences I could have. Really are a DUI lawyer!. Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for helping my son Joseph. Without you I would have been lost. Even though he's of age and I wanted to box him between the ears, he's still my son. And I'm so thankful no one was hurt and he is safe. He still has a lot to learn and experience in his life. Roger Elkind is a true professional. Roger Elkind is a true professional, I have a pretty ugly history of driving under the influence of alcohol , and although it was old it was still affecting my case. I met with many lawyers including those considered the best DUI lawyers, most of them made me very uncomfortable, acting as judge and prosecutor when what I needed was defense attorney. I felt comfortable with Roger immediately, although he never sugar coated anything, and was a bit stern with me at times, he did declare that he would do everything he could to get me through this. He graciously addressed all my questions whenever I had any, and I am sure most of them were ridiculous and inane, but again he is a consummate pro. Getting charged with DUI in Maimi is a large burden to deal with. The prosecutors are out for blood and the police are less than upstanding. In fact additional information was thrown on to my case at the last minute before motions, but this DUI lawyer was unflinching and went to work. He is incredibly smart and watching him rattle of legal findings at the motions hearing was nothing less than impressive. To top it all off he is a good guy. I would not bother looking elsewhere if you are trying to find representation, I unequivocally suggest people to hire Roger Elkind. My case was dismissed!

I like this attorney.. I have heard about many DUI cases and I have never seen such good defense like the ones that Roger Elkind has shown in his cases and in my personal opinion, he is a very interesting person with excellent skills to work with any kind of cases, I have seen him capable of working in all DUI situations where people sometimes want to take advantage of someone.

Thanks to this DUI lawyer. A lawyer like Roger is a precious stone for Miami! I think that people have to respect other’s people’s lives no matter what the situation can be, if he or she was drinking and then driving or when someone feels superior enough to insult another, there we are leaving human’s essence, where reasoning is? Where logic is? Thanks to this DUI lawyer, people from Miami are understanding step by step the consequences of wrong and good actions!
