The acclaimed architect, Jaques Garcia, designed the swanky lounge, unsurpassed sushi bar and upscale dining room. The menu, which masters seafood, is a mix of Mediteranian, Amercian and Japanese with dishes like Lobster served with mango, papaya, asparagus, baby bok choy in a ginger-vanilla glaze and Black Sea Bass in a sea scallop crust with tomato and coconut jasmine rice in bouillabaisse.
