Miami's worst body shop

worst place! They spent almost two months to fix my car when the estimated time was 2 weeks. Closed for more that 1 week for the holidays while had customers without a car. Costumer service is awful. I deeply regret that i took my car there, I won't recommend this place to anyone. Now they have a new name (excellence auto something) but there is nothing excellence about their work or service.

TOOK OUR CAR THERE JR WIFE IS THE JOECEY RUDE AS CAN BE UGLY TOO THEY CHARGED MY INSURANCE COMPANY TRIPLE OF THE CAR VALUE TOOK A MONTH WITH MY CAR AND STILL GOT THE WORK DONE WRONG I HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK AGAIN I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THE CON YOU IN AND THEN TRY TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU AS WELL AM TALKING TO THE FRAUD DEPT OF STATE OF FLORIDA ON THESE PPL ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

THE WORST BODY SHOP EVER!!!!!

Got an accident and took my car there. They tried to get more money from insurance company by ordering unnecessary part. They took couple months to fix the damage which can be done in 1~2 weeks. They are super lazy and incompetent.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THEIR.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

AWFUL

I took my car to get fixed after it has been in minor accident. Although they fixed the dents, they decided to repaint my entire car and the paint job came out less than average.

when i asked them to fix it, they refused and treated me disgustingly. i regret having taken my car there and i would NOT recommend them to anyone.

please be careful with these people.

BEST BODY SHOP IN SOUTH FLORIDA!

Jr did an excellent job with my car! Everyone was so wonderful and helpful, especially when my insurance was giving me a hard time. The office is beautiful and very clean. If it wasn't for the sign on the building, you wouldn't know it was a body shop. I would recomend this shop to all my friends if they are ever in an accident.
