Bad News. Where to start? Trying to find the spa in the hotel took forever. Walking all over the place,past restaurants and finally to the old elevator up to the spa. It was very plain with wood floors and almost empty shelves. I had to wait for the girls to stop talking before they got someone to show me the lockers. (nice cold water to drink.) What I had can be described as a very basic, but very overpriced facial. I was cleansed and had some oils rubbed on my face, but none of the blemish squezing that Im use to. She seemed new and unsure. I ask her for firmer touch, but no. It was a waste of time and money. Since the tip was already added on I guess she didnt care. The spa manager was in a meeting so I just paid and left. Not worth it.…
