Worst "Service" I have ever witnessed!!!. I have never written a review before in my entire life. But i am so offended the way we have been treated with our guests in this establishment, i have decided to go a head and rant here so maybe owner/manager of the establishment does something to address their absolute Horrible service.

We had a couple friends came from Switzerland for a weekend and brought them to this restaurant. Our waiter was absolutely and intentionally!? rude. I had to call him at least 4 times, wave my hands just to get his attention. When we requested some side plates to share appetizers , he suggested us to wait for entree's to arrive so we can use the entree plates?! He is the bald fella with an accent, i absolutely regret paying this guy gratuity but i had no choice because it was already included in the bill.

Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this P.O.S restaurant like a plague.

Terrible experience, Rude agressive service. I had shrimp pasta, wife had grilled tuna. Pasta was fishy and tasteless, tuna was presented well, but was strange texture and not good quality. Kids food was barely acceptable. Service was poor - sat without a greeting for a long time, waited a long time for the food, never offered water, never checked on food, had to ask for bread when the food arrived, and when bill came it had 18% tip added in. When I questioned the server about the tip, he said that was what they did there and gave me a huge attitude. I asked to speak w the manager, server said he would take care of it, the bill came back and still had 18% added on. I paid my $100 bill in cash, gave him $7 for a tip, more than he deserved. He proceeded to follow my family down the street accompanied by 4 Guidos who proceeded to threaten us, using profanity and bringing my 7 and 10 year old daughters to tears. If these people spent as much time taking care of their tables, they would have gotten 20%. I did not pay this extortion and told the idiot Guido crew to call the cops, which they of course did not do; just continued to threaten my family and me. Stay away from this place and all others close to it on the same street.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!. The absolute worst service I have ever gotten. They add their usual 17%, so the waiters feel they don't need to service you. Waiter did not even look at us (even though she had to walk by our table everytime she went to the kitchen or bar) for over an HOUR! The music is almost deafening.

Best dinner we had. Ok, not sure what that suzie girl is talking about but this is an EXCELLENT SoBe restuarant. My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in SoBe and we loved this spot so much we went there for dinner twice. First of all, the decor is swanky and stylish. the outdoor seating with antique furnature is cozy and fun. Couches for tables of four and nice high back chairs. The waiters are very nice and accomodating and very attentive. Our mojitos were perfect and they have several kinds to choose from. Our food (appetizers and entrees) were excellent. Definitely try the Mediterranean seafood pasta!! Espandola way is a beautiful hideaway spot off Washington Ave. Food is moderately priced (2 appetizers, 2 entrees, wine came to $100). I loved this place and would definitely go back. The only drawback would be the music - a nice spanish guitar would be great for the ambiance, but they played house music which was a little distracting. Other than that I LOVE this spot.

Cheesy chain restaurant-type dining experience. The concierege at our hotel recommended this terrible restaurant. Once we were seated, we could only assume that he was getting kickbacks for his recommendation. The restaurant seems to be sponsored by bacardi -- stone logos are plastered (literally plastered) to the front of the restaurant. The food was absolutely awful -- worse than TGIF quality - there clearly is not fresh preparation of the food. Instead, it clearly is sourced frozen and simply thawed in the 'kitchen'. The service was uninformed and terrible. and the mojitos? tiny, terrible and syrupy. This restaurant and its sister restaurants on espanola way are clearly tourist traps that cater to those who expect bland food in enormous portions.

Gotta Try those Mojitos!. The food is great (nice presentation too), service is lovely. Light brazillian music playing in the background if you seating outside. Those Mohitos are the best ones I ever had! Tasty and sooooo strong that you can get lightheaded after just few sips! Prices are not cheap, just regular SoBe price range.
