Best Prenatal Yoga in town. I attended both prenatal and post natal with baby classes. The focus is on the mother to be and the experience of pregnancy. Diana is a excellent yoga instructor and caring teacher. The yoga time was special as the hustle of the day was stopped and you could connect with baby. I highly recommend this yoga studio. I can't wait to get pregnant and go back!
