She is the Best in the Business.
I visited Dr Kendall's practice and must say it was a wonderful experience. She was very professional in my diagnosis and treatment. The staff was helpful and attentive. Overall experience was pleasant. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Kendall's gables location is very neat and welcoming the energy is just great. Treatment was as nerve racking as I had imagined. The Dr. herself had a good manner and was very sweet.

I loved the office. A very nice person. I loved the office girls and they were very nice to be around. Made the wait time pass fairly quick. Simple procedures should stay simple. This one was. I would recommend to family and friends.

A nice experience. I got a rash on my hand and i was really worried. i didn't have time to set up on appointment so i just walked in. i was shocked that they helped me so fast. they got me in and out and the location was amazing to.. Must go A ++++

Professional people. i scheduled my son for an appointment with Dr. Elena Kendall because my son had tons of scars on his knees from falling during his sports.she knew exactly what to give my son and now his so happy he finally wears shorts again. i bought this awesome cream for his scars.it was a tad expensive but it was worth it.this is definitely the best dermatologist office i have ever been to by far.

Staff was helpful and attentive.. First impressions can sometimes be wrong. I have never liked doctores and dont like driving in Coral gables, but a visit to Dr. Kendall's office was well worth it. The doctor's manner and treatment were subpar, her staff was helpful and attentive to my needs (even offering to elevate my feet from a recent tennis sprain) and the time it took to be seen was far less than expected. I have consulted with dermatologists from Palm Springs to Palm beach, and can say wholeheartedly, that Dr. Kendall is a bright star among them. very pleased.

She wont waste your time !!!.
I agree. I recommend her wholeheartedly. As good as it gets with dermatologists. She wont waste your time or money. Simple and sensational. I love Kendall.
This is how dermatology should be. Happy with Dr. Kendall. Her office is neat and clean. the lab work is simple and the staff hum around you in their efficiency. Recommended.

THE WORST OFFICE EVER!!!!. I don't even understand how this office is open for business. I wanted to get some prescriptions renewed and spoke with 3 different girls in the office (all incompetent) - Lissette, Sarah & Alex, I never got a call back from any. I spoke with Lissette who said she would call back and didn't, when I called back to speak with her, I spoke with Sarah who wanted to leave a message for Lissett rather than help me. Then, Sarah said she would call me back - she said that I could pick up my prescription if I had seen the Dr. 3 months ago, she never called me back to verify the prescription was ready. Then I spoke with Alex who said I had to have seen the Dr. a month ago. I informed her of the horrible experience that I was having with all of the girls in the front and she said "thats too bad", when I said I would never go back to their office, she said "ok"....the WORST office EVER!!!! Poor, Dr. she will lose all of her business from the lack of professionalism at her front desk. My husband and friend also had a bad experience and neither of us will be returning.

The best. This girl is the best of that office, sincerely I go for her, knows what does, is very professional, likes what does its time to understand is taken the problem that has the patient, any question that have she responds you, and treats always to help you with the better prescriptions you medicate above all if they have generics, in a word this girl is completely dedicated to her patients
