I had breast augmentation about three years ago since I had extremely small breast and was very unhappy with the size. I am still a very satisfied patient. Not only have my breast kept thier original round shape but they have not reduced in size as saline implants normally do. I would recommend anyone who wants breast augmentation to do them with Dr. Somers in Miami Beach where the care is good and the implants are safe and beautiful.
