I went to Dr. Hagens office for some dental work and was very impressed. His office is very clean and decorated nicely. From the first visit on I was treated very well. The front desk is professional and very nice they explined everything to me. Dr. Hagen was patient with me and explained what needed to be done in my mouth. I liked the fact they called to remind me when my next appointment was. This was truly a great experience for me.

To the Hagen Dental TEAM!. I have been a patient of Dr R Hagen for almost 25 years and I must say not only did i just get the BEST cleaning that i ever received but i truly had a great experience as well! Going to the Dentist is never a fun time but i truly had a great experience with the hygienist as well as Dr Hagen and of course Elizabeth who has been his right hand women for probably close to thirty years. This office is as professional as they come and you cant find a better dentist here in Miami.

I have been seeing Dr. Ronald Hagen for over 15 years and I am very happy for the result I have gotten. He is very agile, time conscious, perfectionist and above all very knowledgeable. The amount of work that I he has done for me is countless and I am very grateful for his care and knowledge. Also his staff is friendly, accommodating and very professional. His Dental Office is compose of the best team of professionals, I love them. From the friendly office Staff to the Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant, they are a team of professionals who work with a smile to serve you. Thank you Dr Hagen and staff for all you have done for me.

I am very sorry that Ani E. had an unsatisfactory experience in our office. We take pride in our patient's ongoing relationship with our practice, as one can see from our numerous other positive reviews. This patient had a special needs child that we were unable to treat. This child needs special care. I know this can be difficult and stressful to a parent. Unfortunately there are situations that a general dentist simply can not and should not be treating. The patient's mother never received a "treatment plan" from our office, because our office was unable to do treatment. I am sorry she is upset, and for any misunderstanding. I know communication is important, and perhaps we could have done better in that area. We DO present treatment plans, as our patients that have had work can attest to.

My experience with Ronald M. Hagen's DDS and his office manager at the end was very bad! If Dr. Hagen is a good dentist his cold stone demeanor (not people friendly), his insensitivity and unwillingness to collaborate with a patient when he's requested a treatment plan of what he is verbally recommending should make anyone cautious. Everyone know that medical and dental costs are high and most insurance companies require treatment plans when the work to be done exceeds $1,000.00. I had a deadline to submit a treatment plan for my special needs son, and I told the dentist's office manager I must have it to get some funds for my special needs to have the work recommended by the dentist. The dentist and his office manager did not give a damn about it. When I reminded the dentist's office manager the day after my special needs son was seen, she became very angry and warned me that if I am going to be one of those patients that need treatment plans that I should consider looking for another dentist because Dr. Hagen's does not usually give treatment plans to anyone. The dentist never gave me the treatment plan and neither he bothered to tell me the overall condition of my special needs son's mouth after he examined his mouth because as soon as he told me that my son will need a deep cleaning he rushed to see another patient. On appearances, the office manager's chatter is friendly but God forbid you ask her for a treatment plan, her demeanor changes and focuses her attention to the phones or other matters. I changed dentists.

best and fastest dentist. Arrived in Miami for a weekend wedding. Was running errands and preparing to see 230 people when I chipped my front tooth during lunch. I needed a dentist right away! I was referred to Ronald Hagen by a friend. It just so happened that he had a cancelation and I was able to pop in. He was able to fix my tooth in 30 minutes and I was ready to leave for the wedding right after.

What a great job and a nice experience. The office staff was the best and I appreciate them fitting me in, in such short notice.

No one would ever know. It looks great!

Great Dentist. I just moved to Miami from NY City and was looking for a long term Dentist that I can send my family too. I was recommended to try Dr. Hagen and after having two cavities filled in record time, I felt compelled to write a positive review!!! Besides being a great guy, whose passionate about all Miami sports teams, he does excellent work!

His staff is very pleasant and extremely warm and welcoming. Out of all the Dentists I have been to over the years, his is certainly the best practice I have been to. Plus he is up to date on all the latest and greatest software and has all the newest tools on the market!

I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call!

THE BEST DENSTIST AROUND!. Dr. Hagen is an amazing dentist. Every time I go to see him, I always feel I am truely being cared for and that I am in very good hands. He has a certain charisma about him that tends to put a smile on the face of anyone he talks to. If you're looking for a good dentist that makes you feel confortable and secure, definitely go to Dr. Hagen!

The Best Dentist Ever!. It's hard to put into words how much respect I have for Dr. Hagen and his staff. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hagen's for over 20 years. We moved to Orlando 2 years ago, and I even work for another dentist here, but we still make the 4 hour drive to receive treatment from Dr. Hagen. He is honest, a perfectionist and the work he does is uncomparable. It not only looks amazing but could not get any better functionally. Due to emergencies, my family has had to see other dentists here in Orlando and all of them (including the one I work for who has 30+ years in dentistry) have commented about the great work he's done. The equipment he has is top-notch as he is always updating to find the best way to provide great care. I have Dr. Hagen and his equipment to thank for finding decay other traditional methods couldn't detect. I'd much rather find a cavity when it's small and easily fixed, then have to have more involved work done later with additional office visits. His office is gorgeous and clean and great care is taken to keep it that way. Unlike most offices where you have to wait a long time both in the waiting room and the chair, at Dr. Hagen's, you are seated within 10 minutes of your time, if not immediately, and with few exceptions receive 100% of his attention. This ensures that your time is not taken for granted. As for his staff, I can not say enough about their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help with any concerns you may have. Dr. Hagen and his staff are the best at what they do and will do everything to make your visit enjoyable. I know many people may feel about dentistry the way I do when getting my car fixed (as I know nothing about cars)...terrified. Trust me - you will not find a better dentist anywhere.
