BALSERO HOOD GROOMING. I took my dog it was terrible!

My dog was their more than 3 Hrs. They cut him and he woudn't "STOP BLEEDING" . Just a bad bad experience

they do not speak English and are 'RUDE". They have their kids in there and I saw the daughter mistreating the puppies in the boarding cage. Dont take your loving pet their please.On top of that is dirty.

More like Horrified Dog. I love my 5 month old poodle very much and I wanted to find a really good groomer that was close by. "Happy Dog" caught my attention, but...

As soon as you walk in you walk right out. It smells completely like poop. They DO NOT speak English and are not the friendliest people. Everything is extremely dirty and unkept. I felt like throwing up when I got out. DO NOT take your puppy there. On top of that the manager of the place told me that I needed to be ready in an hour cause he felt like closing early. The results were mediocre.
