Life saver. When I saw tye add for this hotel online I was in for a hugeeee suprise. When I pulled up in the cab next to 3 Ferrarri's my boyfriend stated that we wouldn't fit in here. It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals.us They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Booked a private Condo through Sunspot Miami rentals. I booked at Room at the Shelborne through Sunspot Miami Rentals. They rent out private condos in the Shelbourne Hotel. So, my review is on both them and the Shelborne Hotel. Booking process was quick and easy although it was a bit hard to a hold of a live person on the phone at SunSpot at times. They pretty much do everything online. The hotel was renovating the pool while I was there. It wasn't really a big deal to me since I prefer the beach but my Girlfriend really didn't like the beach and was disappointed about the pool being closed. We rented a studio that had 2 double beds and a small kitchenette. There was a microwave and a refrigerator and sink but no stove. The room was clean but small. We really just slept and showered there. The water pressure in the room was really good which is a big deal to me. Anyway, If the pool had been open I would have given it 4 stars. They said it would be open Nov 1st. 2011. (We left Oct 25th) .

Very accomodating.. Spent two days. Very accomodating. Had an early check-in with no problems. Concierge very helpful. Good location. Able to walk or take transportation for 25 cents. Nice pool and accesability to beach.

My room was very nice and clean.. The staff is very friendly and make you fell right at home. The front clerk that was on duty when I checked in gave me a complimentary upgrade to a lovely room with a balcony and an ocean view. The pool is very nice and the bartenders are very good and make the best frozen drinks. The ocean is right behind the hotel and the white sandy beach is so beautiful. I love the hotel and I can wait to come back. teh hotel is within walking distance to the restaurants and the clubs. I will tell all of my friends about the Shelborne. My room was very nice and clean. I love my stay. sincerely Berta

The staff was very friendly.... My stay at the Shelborne was amazing! Before we stayed in our room the people working in the front desk let us view some rooms they gave us a whole tour of the Hotel/Condo. The staff was very friendly, the beach was beautiful.

the room are huge. i was just planning my trip back to the shelborne, as i had a great time for art basel. i didn't understand the reviews and thought i should write one becasue the hotel is beautiful for old deco, and the room are huge, and great. i found the staff fun and no south beach attitude

My room at the Shelborne was new and beautiful. Getting such a great deal in such an incredible location, I was totally surprised at what a great value we got. My room at the Shelborne was new and beautiful and they gave me a view of the beach (for free) just because I booked through Expedia. Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. I go back to South Beach every few months and I’ll be back at the Shelborne.

Great room & service, cheap rate and perfectly located. Jack. I travel pretty regularly to South Beach and had such a great stay at the Shelborne on my recent visit, that I booked again for my return stay. (Got another great rate through Expedia and then called the hotel and they gave me a big room looking at the ocean beacuse I’m now a returning guest!) Great room & service, cheap rate and perfectly located. Jackpot.
