Shoddy products, high prices and no customer service. I stood in line over an hour in the Osceola County store, with my children in tow, to order school uniforms for a new school in July, 2011. When we were finally taken to the back to order I was told that all of the girl's straight leg pants and skorts were sold out and that we'd have to buy something else. We ended up buying cargo pants, which wash terribly and shorts.

We picked up the items in early August and everything was fine, until the 2nd week of school when the items started showing terrible wear. The polos have faded terribly and are fraying at the collar. A slide closing button on the girl's shorts has popped off. Zippers have broken. Hems have come undone.

I called the store and left several messages and heard nothing back. I finally read online, several weeks later, that the Osceola County store closed down without notice to customers.

Three weeks later, after sending a web form for support from the Ibiley website, three emails and a complaint to the BBB I discovered what it takes to get someone from Ibiley to contact you...you have to post a negative FB post on their FB page! Unbelievable!

Ibiley responded to my last email by telling me they'd ask their supervisor but there really isn't anything they can do for me. They didn't even sign their name to the email.

I refuse to buy any more product from this company. All I am asking for is an exchange of new items for the items that my children have to wear to school safety-pinned together. When you charge $24 for a pair of pants they should last more than 2 washings.

Unfortunately I have no option other than to use Ibiley for my children's school, however, I am contacting the school to tell them that unless Ibiley replaces these items my children will be wearing non-approved pants to school. I am also contacting the company that manages their school and the school district, encouraging them to find a new uniform supplier for the 2012-13 school year.

What a Disaster?. Place is dirty, awful customer service, and any special orders take for ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Online or phone service from Ibiley????. I'll never order something from this store using internet or phone service again. Today is March 18th, and since nov 13th last year I'm trying to receive a merchandise.

They do not answer emails, their phone number sometimes doesn't work, the shipping department is an answering maching, the costumer service representative can't solve my problem (and never calls me back - as promised), and I'm still trying to talk with the manager (They told me they have one...).

And everytime I ask for the tracking number of the package, they ask me "wait a minute" and nothing.
