Extremely dissatisfied. I have had a series of laser hair removal treatments in LA. Just moved here and needed an additional one. I know what to expect and got nothing resembling what I've ever gotten before.

On top of being the most expensive laser treatment I have ever purchased, it was completely ineffective. I saw no results at all and when I spoke to them afterwards about my results they just had a lot of excuses but did not offer any kind of compensation or restitution or re-treatment.
