BEST SERVICE. I have already bought 3 vehicles at this dealer and my salesman, Sergio Flores, was very good and very professional and so were Robert Frank and Chris Cowen from the Service Department. I highly recommend this dealer to all Volkswagen brand lovers.

Deel volkswagon Service. I've been servicing my vw at Deel VW for a couple of years know and they've been great i call in for and appointment the give me one right away and have my car back the same day sometimes i even wait for it very professional staff and Managment

great attention to detail. great service the greet you as you come in polite the service writer are great they got us in and did the service on are car within 1 and a half hour would recommend them and Deel vw saab anytime

Deel VW is the best dude.. If Jesus Christ had a Volkswagen He would take it here. Plus I van is the best salesmen in our universe, If there was another universe he would kick ass there too. Ask for Ivan he's our modern day Shaft.

Best Customer Service. Last week I visited Deel Volkswagen as I was interested in purchasing a 2011 CC. While there I spoke to Tony Armijo about the features that were of utmost importance to me and the available options. During the time that I test drove the car and spoke to Tony about getting the best price I felt he truly listened to my requests and was extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealership and encourage you to ask for Tony.

The best experience!. After I visited other car dealers I decided to do business with Deel Volkswagen because they have a great staff not only for sales but for service.

Great deals, great service, and a very professional group. I lease my Jetta here and I will recommend Deel VW to everyone who is looking for THE BEST DEAL and for the BEST SERVICE!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I brought my fiance's 2002 jetta in for a scheduled tune-up and routine oil change in May of 2009. When the dealership called me, they informed me that whomever did the last oil change (speculated Jiffy Lube), had damaged the oil pan to the point they would not perform the oil change until it was repaired because they did not want to be responsible if it was permanently damaged.

I was unable to reach my fiance and hesitantly authorized the "repair" of $600+.

Two hours later, my fiance informed me that she had gotten her last oil change at the very professional and trustworthy VW dealer in Altamonte Springs.

Of course, the repair was already in process when I brought the matter to the service consultant's attention and there was nothing I could do. (He offered to show me the damaged part but at that point, I had no way of knowing if the part was from my vehicle or not)

So....I have to eat the over $1500.00 total bill for a tune-up and routine maintenance visit but I WILL submit this review among others and stress to EVERY person that can hear my voice to NEVER buy or service a car from this dealership.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

Avoid.. I took my 2002 VW in to Deel to replace the oil pan even though it is a 30 minute drive across town. The parts needed to be ordered and I was told to come in on Tuesday of the next week. I called before hand and was assured that the parts were in. I showed up as scheduled and was told that the parts were NOT in. I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up Saturday and sat for four hours in the waiting room. I tried to speak to my representative but he was busy joking around with the mechanics and ignored me. I finally went up to the desk, waited in line for 15 minutes and was informed that a part was still missing and my car would have to be fixed on another day. I spoke to the manager who said that I could take my service elsewhere but I would have to pay Deel for the parts that they ordered. Deel's customer service is non-existent and their service is reprehensible. Take your business elsewhere.
