Worst Customer Experience Ever.
The worst customer service experience ever. I rented a car for a church trip to Tampa. About 1:30 hr on the road, the car broke down--it stopped speeding. "Rentacar" (www.miamirentacar dot com) spent around 3 hours to send a Firestone truck and take us to the Autocare Center--where the manager verified that car engine was on and that there was a problem.
Once in the center, 4 hours after we informed them about the problem, the replacement car was not there yet. It took them 5 hours in total to get to where we were.
On my return I was expecting some kind of compensation. Instead the Manage of the Company told me that the car did not have any problem and the the "engine light" --that the Firestone Autocare had verified and informed them about, was just fine.
On the other hand, the manager of this place has anger management problems. So, be careful.
I don't recommend this company and I will not be using them at all!

Nice luxury car rentals. I'm from Tallahassee Florida, I stayed in the city of Coral Gables for 6 days and search for a good car to travel around and go to Miami Beach etc. I call Miami Rent A Car to find prices and availability and to my surprise I end up with a luxury car rental for just $20.00 extra a day. the good thing even though their main location is by Miami International Airport, the deliver the car to me for free.

Miami Luxury Car Rental best experience. I was looking for luxury cars to rent in Miami Florida , after visit and call 5 or agencies, I found Miami Rent A Car with so many models of new luxury and the price was the best. They even gave me a coupon with 20 % off my next rental. they are conveniently located by Miami International Airport. by the way they pick me up for free and drove me back also for free. The Airport location is at 3990 NW 26th St Miami, FL 33142

Car Rental Agency in Miami. My best experience with a car rental agency in Miami, I was 100% satisfied. I Will recommend Miami Rent A Car to anyone looking for a car rental in Miami. Services was great, attention to my needs execent, and a fair price and the car, I was impressed.
