Saved me!. I had my laptop for a few months,suddenly I had "the cloud" virus, I panicked. Naturally it was Friday, the beginning of the Labor Day weekend. Eric was a doll. He fixed it the same day in a few hours, installed spyware THAT works! Then a few days later I had a question (not being too computer savvy) he was able to help me again, this time from a remote location. Then another question, he helped again!
