Rude and Obnoxious. The owner is extremely rude and abrasive .

He is more intent on one-upping and showing how smart he is than pleasing customers .

THE RUDEST PERSON I EVER MET!. The person who owns this place as well as working the counter is the most arrogant and rude person I have ever dealt with on a customer - service provider relationship. I took my clothes to get cleaned and when I asked him if he understood what I wanted he ended up verbally attacking me and putting me on the defensive. He ranted on about how long he has been "doing this" and then sarcastically began to challenge my intellect. I am a non-white female who likes to dress casually without make-up, especially when I am doing errands. I guess because I do not look the part, he felt that it was OK to challenge me in that manner. Please keep in mind that this is my FIRST meeting with him. Needless-to-say, I will NOT be bringing him any more business and I am a professional who makes a generous 6-figure salary which requires one to not only have some sort of proper brain function, but appropriate social skills as well. No wonder his place looks like it is a lease payment away from closing down.
