Best gym in North Miami!!!!!

Results Fitness is the friendliest, clean, warm, and knowledgeable gym i have ever been too!! The staff and trainers at results are the most helpful, knowledgeable, and imaginative set of trainers i have ever worked with! Definitly come by and sign up because their are no contracts and enjoy privacy and piece of mind!!!!!!

Looking for a real workout? Not here. They are very nice but clueless! Nobody seems to know what's going on. You have to fend for yourself. Not worth the trouble.

Not for the Serious

If your serious about working out you need to go to a serious gym with srious trainers.

The people here are nice, but not vey serious. Its hard to follow a program when you must create it alone. Some of the equipment is very new, but your left on yor own a lot.

Not bad, but challenging.

Best kept secret

This is the only gym I have ever been to without an attitude. I have never been treated to nicely by gym staff. Just the right amount of attention and care gave me a quiet and private workout in a great, clean gym. This place also has all the equipment you need for an awesome workout. The personal training is the best, too. If you are tired of crowds and crazy gyms, go here!

This place is great! I was treated like a queen! Ann Marie helped me with my work out in the nicest way without being too pushy. I like that you don't have to sign a contract and the gym is quaint and not too busy.
