Waterford Point Pleasant Office Staff. Maintenance is terrible with tenants concerns.

Dear: Current Residents. I have lived at Waterford landings and now Waterford Point. The office staff is excellent and they treat you as a member not a number. But their maintenance staff is another story. My A/C broke last night 11/17/07, I called the maintenance reponsible. He would not come out to repair, if he gets electrocuted he will hold be responsible. Bottom line this he came after threat of going to management, not came with attitude, but threaten me. I knowing how people snap, I had to call "911". Now I have to live here for now, I will be moving out unless he is fired, not likely to happen. The apartments are run down, broken cabinets, doors don't close right it looks old compared to Waterford landing. Unfortunate that a serious issue as A/C broken is not a concern for their staff. Wonder why there are vacancies and it's not cheap, good ammenities, good location, but I'm sure the turn around here is a one term for most.

• Pros: Good Office Staff, location, ammenities.
• Cons: Maintenance Manager is aggressive and not helpful with tenants concerns.
