Best Sushi Ever... Gotta Love It.
Ruson is a great place to celebrate any occasion, especially birthdays. Whether sitting at the teppanyake grill or on the sushi side, the food is always excellent and served fresh. If you like a particular roll and don’t see it on the menu, just tell your waiter what you want and they will make it for you.
I love sitting at the sushi bar because you can see your rolls being made fresh. The sushi chefs at the bar are always very friendly, joking with you and very easy to talk too. My favorite sushi roll is the famous “Lobster Roll” and “Sumo Roll”. Great portions of lobster, usually enough for two. On occasion I also sit at the teppanyaki grill. My favorite combination is the lobster and filet mignon. It comes with a salad, soup and fried rice. Definitely lots of food. So if you like to eat large portions, Ruson is the place for you and it’s not very expensive. The chefs prepare the food in front of you. They also clown around, juggle shakers and made volcanoes erupt.
Unlike Benihana and the Samurai, at Ruson the prices for sushi, sashimi and the teppanyaki grill are relatively cheap. The maximum wait time to sit at the Teppanyaki grill, during a regular night, is about 15 minutes. To sit on the sushi side or sushi bar is almost always immediate sitting.

Horrible parking, decent food.
This restaurant is best described as a mini-former Samurai.(I say former Samurai because I heard they have changed the menu recently). The teppan style dishes are all good, but I have had mixed results with the sushi. Sometimes the quality is excellent while at other times it is subpar. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant with confidence.
