BEST SALON!!!!!!. I been coming to universal for 17 years since it opened, and the service is phenomenal. I love the fact that they use amazing product!! i use to get only color and hair cut but the convinced me to get the keratin on my hair and i absolutely love it!!! my hair is so shiny and healthy, they know how to take care of it. everyone is so friendly and treat you like you are special :)…

Keratin relaxer. I get my keratin done at Universal and only trust Beth to do it. I've had friends go to other salons (some more expensive!) and have hair damage or it only lasted a few months. My hair has never been so straight before and for me it lasts about 6 months, sometimes a little longer. Beth is very reasonable with her prices and actually a little cheaper than most nearby salons. I just love that my hair is super straight and has no evidence of any breakage, even with my highlights. I will keep coming here and have already recommended some of my friends.…

Hair Extensions♥. I came in the salon a few years ago for the first time to have my extensions put on & i can honestly say they came out outstanding. I became a regular client to this salon for weekly blowdrys & hair extensions. I have had my extensions put on 4 times already & i shall keep on. i wouldn't trade my hair stylist for anybody else. i recommend this salon to everybody for hair extensions, blowdrys, manicures & pedicures, also facials. This salon is truly the one stop for all. They all work very fast & professional. The facialist is a colombian lady by the name of Maribel who does a beautiful job on the skin, she does many treatments especially skin with acne you will definitely tell the difference. There are three wonderful Hair stylist Beth, Judith & Ana i recommend anybody to come in and try them. You won't regret meeting these new people & trying them out. For hands & feet try out Gabby or Delia they both work very fast & good. & they work with your timing as well you can have your hands & feet done at the same time as your hair. Great Keratin Treatment. I went to this salon for keratin treatment, I was very scared to get it at first but Beth reassured me she had done it many times and had only successful results and there was nothing to worry about. I absolutely LOVE the results and would definitely recommend her to others. She also gave me a great hair cut. The prices were the most reasonable when compared to other salons.
