She's So Sweet. After a Terrible facial at my waxing place down the street Penny gave me a Real facial.The girl at the wax spa's husband kept telling me how great she was with facials, but omg-what a disaster!!! Waxing ok, facial No! She didn't know what she was doing! On the other hand, Penny did a Truly complete facial. The decor isn't great, but who cares? She knows what she's doing. She told me to come back next month and she was so nice, I'll be back.

Great service. Ms. Chong is excited for what she does. I wish I could find someone like her at my new location. She has a vast amount of experience. Just short of paying for a dermatologist, she was able to help control my breakouts. The location is peaceful and she's very apt to work with her customers needs.
