Very dissapointed. I just got 12 shirts back, first time customer. Delivered them on Monday and scheduled back today. When I hung them in my closet next to shirts done at Classy cleaners at 82@Biscayne I noticed a big difference. The One low price dry cleaner looks like something I could have done myself, but the Classy cleaner looks professional which is what I disire. I also get them back in two days rather than five days. I wont go back to One low. It's low in price but also low in quality. Staff is nice.

Saves alot of money on Dry Cleaning. Ive been going to this cleaners for about 2 years now and have only 1 complaint but everything else deserves 5 stars. Before I used to going to one a few blocks away that use to charge me an arm and a leg. A co-worker recommend One low price and now I'm a repeat customer. I'm a penny pincher but don't mind to spend money sometimes if it is worth it. I have only 1 bad experience with them but I was kind of in a bad mood that day so it could have been both of our faults. Their pice is amazing, I used to spend over a $100 at my old place for just a few suits and I barely pay $30 at One low price. I get it to me in less than a week sometimes a little longer but it is understandable. The front staff is the best they are all friendly and treat me like I matter. The only negative is that they don't except Credit card but usually not a problem because there is an ATM right outside. Over all GREAT JOB, oh and the location is convenient.

It's Cheap and you get what you pay for. I have ben a customer of this place for the last three years. The quality of the work is not very good and they always leave any stains on the garments. Unless you specifically tell them they wont bother to get rid of it. The overall quality is not very good. The girls up front and the staff are overall very friendly and nice. But the owner/manager is very rude and arrogant. I have been a loyal (Once a week) customer or years. Recently a shirt came back with a button missing, I realized it at the store. When I showed it to him. He said they could replace it for a fee. I told him not fair to charge me because it was there fault. He insisted on charging me for it, I paid it. But I am never going back. Find another low price cleaner and get better quality somewhere else. One more drawback about this place is how long it takes to get you clothes back. Not to mention that they do not accept credit cards. Only cash or checks. Also - all dry cleaning here HAS to be Pre-Paid the moment you drop it off. So make sure to have your cash ready !
