Very well situated, the rooms are spacious and people are friendly. An old classic hotel close to downtown, the beach and Aventura.

Visiting Miami with Midwest prices is exactly what we were looking for. We found it at the Sun and Surf. While it is not a luxury hotel. It offers good basic accomodation at affordable proces.

The sun n Surf Hotel is a very comfortable place for the money they charge Rooms are spacious, have cable ESPN and a small refrigerator I was able to afford much more when I came for the Heat's final games.

This is a hotel with tradition, it has been there for at least 50 years,it has seen the birth,decay and revival of North Miami. I like to stay here because of its location. It is clean and comfortable, and at the same time moderately priced.

DO NOT RENT. I MOVED TO MIAMI A COUPLE MONTHS AGO AND I HAD TO STAY IN A MOTEL. AT THE TIME I HAD ALL MY BELONGINGS WITH ME. INCLUDING MY BED. WITH IN 2 DAY I BEGAN ITCHING WITH BITES ON MY HANDS AND NECK.. WITHIN THE NEXT TWO DAYS I HAD BITES ALL OVER MY BODY! i HAD TO KNOW WHAT WAS BITING ME! SO I MOVED THE MATTRESS AND THERE IT WAS... BED BUGS!!! EWWWWW.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! WHEN I ADDRESSED THE ISSUE OF MY ROOM HAVING BED BUGS THE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM AND INSITED ON JUST CHANGING THE SHEETS! WTH.. DO NOT RENT THIS ROOM. WHEN BED BUGS BITES THE ITCHING DOES NOT STOP! THEY LIVE OFF YOUR BLOOD.. TEY ATTRACT TO BODY HEAT AND WAIT AROUND THE SEAMS ON THE MATTRESS AND PILLOWS. AND AS SOON AS THE LIGHT GO OUT THE FEAST! RUN THE OTHER WAY.. #IMJUSSAYIN

Very Nice Place to Stay. We had a great stay at the Sun N Surf Miami Biscayne Blvd, The beds were sooooo comfortable! Price was perfect, room at thise price in miami, GREAT: great atmosphere. Great staff, Clean room. I would suggest it to anyone who is there on a holiday or business. We enjoyed our stay!
