Zero Stars for this nightmare!. Please do not rent from here! They need to get shut down. There is a number of health violations in their units. As you can see from other comments that I am not alone. Dont be another victim. Hopefully they will pay for all the damage they have caused others. My place was burglurized and by reading the other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if it was an inside job. They knew that I was going to be out of town and that the window had no screen since that is how they gave it to me! And on top of that they still want to take more money from me from my deposit. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! And y do they have four stars when everyone is rating them at 1 It should be ZERO!!

CORRUPT COMPANY!!!!!. Please do not rent from this company. There are very corrupt and will take advantage of you. I left that place cleaner and in better condition than when I moved in. I called for repairs to get done and took pictures of the poor maintenance issues for proof. Ridiculous stuff like the shower head being held to the wall by tape, holes in the wall covered up by tape, holes in the screens of the window covered by napkins with safety pins! Plus, someone in the office used the extra key to break in and steal things. When I confronted them about it, they acted like it was a burglar when there was no sign of forced entry. They refused to change the locks so I had to do it myself. My security deposit was $1200. I got less than $400 back. When I called to dispute it and asked for a list of the charges (which they have to provide by law), they accused me of harassment! They told me if I had a problem with them, I could take it up in small claims court. I have notified schools in the area to prevent future students from being taken advantage of. Please save yourself a living nightmare and do not rent from this corrupt company.

STAY AWAY!!. Do not call them, do not go to their office.. Just stay away from them, unless you want to get ripped off.

RENTERS HELL. This is not a good company. I really don't think they are even a real company, don't have good management. They rip people off, don't follow through, not responsible for anything, the office is a mess. I would not recommend them to anybody at all.

Scam artists, do not use their services!!!. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!!! These people are bunch scam artists. I gave them a deposit money, they did not delivered on their promises. No one knows how to treat customers there, not the manager, not even the president of the company. All they care about over there is to get people sign the lease and give money. But once the papers are signed and money in their account, they don't care about you.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
