Gigi Zinn is simply the Best. My company relocated me to the Adventura area and paid for temporary housing for a month. I procrastinated to the last day to look for a place. It was a lot more difficult then anticipated. By my second day of looking on my own ,one of the complexes I went to saw the desperation on my face and gave me Gigi's number. Gigi went in to action immediately.She is so informed about the Miami area and has so many contacts. Gigi found me a beautiful place that was close to work and within my budget, and saved me from being on the street :).Gigi really care about her clients beyond just getting them a place and she dosent judge. It hard to believe she been in the business for 20 years. She must have started when she was 13.

Renters Worst Nightmare (DBA) Renters Paradise.. Dealt with the Miami Beach office and my advice is, don't deal with these cons. Ripping off is their MO, in any which way they can mastermind. Charging home-owners for repairs never made, etc. Filing an eviction days after a tenant actually paid rent, claiming a misunderstanding, only to find out that after the due date for a tenant to defend their case, that it wasn't retracted, leaving a tenant on the street, an eviction against their name, as well as then keeping their deposit.

Smooth and calculating, they obviously have been doing it for years.…

Best Realtor. I am a single mom. I needed a nice but not so expensive place to call home. I ran across Gigi's name on Craigslist and I am so glad I called her. She bent over backwards to help me get a place that I had my eye on. As we checked the place out she let me know what needed to be done and what not to accept until certain things were done. Moving is such a stressful ordeal but Gigi made me feel as if everything woukld be fine- it is exactly that. I received my key yesterday; my children and I will be calling our new place home on Saturday. Thank you Gigi!!…

THE BEST REALTOR IN NORTH MIAMI!!!. I came to Miami from Baltimore, looking for a fresh start on life, and with not a lot of time or direction. I researched Renters Paradise from Baltimore on Craigslist, and kept seeing the same name...GIGI over and over again. I called her and was wonderfully greated on the phone and was told she would do everything in her power to get me into a place. I flew into Miami on Valentines day and as of today, February 17, 2012, I just received the keys to my new condo, in the area I wanted, with the ammenities I wanted!!! Everything is just the way I wanted!!!!
