WOW WOW WOW. This is an awesome realty company; time after time GIGI has helped me, saved me and put me in the best areas North Miami has to offer. I moved down to North Miami for college and for the past three years GIGI has treated me with the upmost VIP service. I feel honored to write a review on her expertise, any time a friend or family member has needed a place to live I do not hesitate to refer them to GIGI. GIGI will go out of her way and bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied. I will continue to come to Gigi for her help in the near future. If you are in need of a place, call Renters Paradise and ask for her, I am sure that they are all great people but I have to say she is the one to go to! REMEMBER ASK FOR GIGI!

I've rented an apartmen with Renter's Paradise, and am very satisified with the services provided to me by the realitor Gigi. She's very professional, and work orrianted. Gigi was very friendly and did everyting in her powers to get me accepted into the condo im currently leasing. I highly recommend Renter Paradise, they are very friendly and professional.

ATTENTION BEWARE OF RENTERS PARADISE: I think all the people on this thread who approved of this company must either be employees or are people who unfortunately do not realized how badly they got scammed. Renters Paradise and specifically Gigi Zinn are the biggest scam artist in the reality business. I am from Miami and have lived in Miami my whole life, I was looking for a new apartment so I checked craigslist and like all of you I saw all these nice places for good prices in neighborhoods that I wanted posted by Gigi Zinn. So I called her to try and set up a meeting for a specific apartment that I had seen, when she answered she seamed nervous and was asking me odd questions like "have you started looking at any places yet" I answered no and then later that day went to their north miami office to speak to her and hopefully look at a place. This is when I quickly realized that they were running a BAIT AND SWITCH operation. First she had me fill out an information sheet which asked for unreasonably personal information. Then asked me what the absolute most I could spend would be, I said 900 but ideally 800 because this was the price of the place I saw online. She then told me that that particular apartment was no longer available even though I saw it posted that morning. She then proceeded to push apartments in places that I didnt want to live on me. And then she said that there was one in San Souci where I wanted but for more than I initially wanted to pay. She then said that the only possible way I could get this place would be to put a deposit down that moment because there was another "woman" who she pretended to call that was interested in it. At this moment I obviously knew what was going on. I stood up and said alright i dont want to see any of your places and walked out. DO NOT USE RENTERS PARADISE

P.S. A fun little game to play with them go onto craigslist and print out all of there current postings. They will not be able to show you any of them because they do not exist. I still see them same postings today that I saw 1 year ago.

Gigi Zinn is simply the Best. My company relocated me to the Adventura area and paid for temporary housing for a month. I procrastinated to the last day to look for a place. It was a lot more difficult then anticipated. By my second day of looking on my own ,one of the complexes I went to saw the desperation on my face and gave me Gigi's number. Gigi went in to action immediately.She is so informed about the Miami area and has so many contacts. Gigi found me a beautiful place that was close to work and within my budget, and saved me from being on the street :).Gigi really care about her clients beyond just getting them a place and she dosent judge. It hard to believe she been in the business for 20 years. She must have started when she was 13.

Thanks Gigi you are simply the BEST.

Renters Worst Nightmare (DBA) Renters Paradise.. Dealt with the Miami Beach office and my advice is, don't deal with these cons. Ripping off is their MO, in any which way they can mastermind.

Charging home-owners for repairs never made, etc.

Filing an eviction days after a tenant actually paid rent, claiming a misunderstanding, only to find out that after the due date for a tenant to defend their case, that it wasn't retracted, leaving a tenant on the street, an eviction against their name, as well as then keeping their deposit.

Smooth and calculating, they obviously have been doing it for years.

Best Realtor. I am a single mom. I needed a nice but not so expensive place to call home. I ran across Gigi's name on Craigslist and I am so glad I called her. She bent over backwards to help me get a place that I had my eye on. As we checked the place out she let me know what needed to be done and what not to accept until certain things were done. Moving is such a stressful ordeal but Gigi made me feel as if everything woukld be fine- it is exactly that. I received my key yesterday; my children and I will be calling our new place home on Saturday. Thank you Gigi!!

THE BEST REALTOR IN NORTH MIAMI!!!. I came to Miami from Baltimore, looking for a fresh start on life, and with not a lot of time or direction. I researched Renters Paradise from Baltimore on Craigslist, and kept seeing the same name...GIGI over and over again. I called her and was wonderfully greated on the phone and was told she would do everything in her power to get me into a place. I flew into Miami on Valentines day and as of today, February 17, 2012, I just received the keys to my new condo, in the area I wanted, with the ammenities I wanted!!! Everything is just the way I wanted!!!! If you are looking to be treated with curtesy and respect, and for someone that can find a place to fit you....CALL GIGI AT RENTERS PARADISE!!!!! 305-944-2101!!!!

GiGi Zinn-- Rental Champion. I was transferred to a job in north Miami. Across from the jobsite I saw the office of paradise realty and after searching for apartments on craigs list, I saw many listed by Paradise. I called on one and talked to GiGi.I had been in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and had been a land buyer for Flag development for five, So I kind of knew my way around the Real Estate business.

I could see instantly that GiGi had a full plate as her phone rang incessantly as we left the office and headed to the first apartment she was to show me. We looked were challenged by my employers guidelines, looked at others, and finally found my new home for the next few months. Paradise Realty Is fortunate to have such a proficient and competent representative as GiGi on their team. I only wish I could find the same qualities in an accountant and an attorney, I would then have it made.

Gigi Zinn -- Goes Above and Beyond for her Clients. I relocated to Miami from New York not really knowing the area at all. I had went through three realtor's before coming to Renter's Paradise and meeting Gigi Zinn, and wow was that a mistake not going to her right away! I called her on a Friday and she promised me by Monday I would have a place, and she did exactly that, even with all my detailed specifications I gave her! Gigi not only eased my stress of looking for a place, but she made it fun! She found me the most GORGEOUS apartment I could have asked for! Way beyond my expectations! I've been here a week now and I absolutely LOVE it here! She even called me to make sure I love it! I would highly recommend Gigi at Renter's Paradise to anyone looking for an apartment in the area! I couldn't have found a better realtor, who cares so much about every detail and has such a great personality! I will definitely return to her in the future knowing that she will find me something perfect!
