I also agree Steve's Pizza has the worst customer service in Miami.

Steves Pizza runs on a hierarchy so customers who order small pies or medium pies or god forbid slices will get placed last even if they ordered early by phone or came in ahead of everyone else. be prepared to wait 40 minutes for a small pizza, not kidding! While people who order large or extra large pies get top service. I actually had this occur three times in a row and then sat there taking notes just to find out if it was personal or a general problem with staff and management.

The main baker a short and stocky latino was also vulgar with many men in particular. He was never vulgar with me but did try and hit on me and other women which can deter women from coming to Steve's Pizza.

I for one will not return to Steve's Pizza even after trying to speak to management.

place is trash, worst service ever. at STEVES PIZZA 12101 Biscayne Blvd, i get treated like trash every time ive gone there. i usually just want a slice or 2 to go and continually get put on hold so others whom have orders large pies can get their food 1st. have you ever ordered in line, waited forever only to see other people that were behind you get their order 1st? well then youve been to STEVES PIZZA 12101 Biscayne Blvd... where the pizza is always undercooked and the service is like that of a 3rd world country.

last night (5/14/2011) when i was once again put on hold, i voiced my concerns to the female cashier that i've been waiting 45 min for 2 PLAIN SLICES TO GO, she said: "oh you'll have to take it up with one of them" referring to the many THUGS working behind the counter. after being ignored several times i finally lost my temper and had to yell at these F#$%king morons only to get a "YO MAN U GOTTA WAIT"... then the jackazz pull out an already cooked pie and handed it to me.

if i hadnt lost my temper i would have been there all night waiting for one these BAFOONS to take notice of the 6ft pissed off guy standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. i know that miami is the hub for bad service but STEVES PIZZA 12101 Biscayne Blvd TAKES IT TO HIGHER LEVER. their cashier are snotty bit@#s and the cooks are felons on probation. the food is always undercooked, the service sucks so stay away far away from STEVES PIZZA 12101 Biscayne Blvd

I wish I lived closer.. Hands down Steve's has the finest pizza South Florida.....I stopped in by chance and was very pleased with the Pizza and the service....The Pizza sauce is what separates them from everybody else. Its must try if your ever in North Miami.

Pizza to die for. Am not from the area but my visit to FL and Miami is never complete without a stop to Steve's Pizza....

If they could have one in every city in the US and replicate the same taste I would love it...but there is and can be only 1 Steve's Pizza in the whole world. I would travel a million miles to go and savour that taste of my most favourite pizza maker in the whole world...

People are friendly and prompt and their home speciality menu has some very tastey treats that are delicious.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES & EVERYTHING. THAT IS THE PLACE YOU CAN ORDER WHEN YOU HAVE NO MORE OPTION IN THE WORLD, WE ORDER JUST ONE PIZZA AND ONE CHICKEN WINS,AND THE CHICKEN WINS HAS TO BE HOT AND OF CURSE WASN'T, THEY TAKE A LONG TO MADE DELIVERY AND ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICES GIRLS IS THE MOST IRRITABLE PERSON YOU CAN TALK.

LOVE IT!. A friend told me about this place and I'm so glad he did! They're pizza is the best! I love the sauce and the slices are huge! Its pizza the way pizza should be!!!!!

Its an upbeat atmosphere and just a fun place to hang out and grab a slice with friends! I eat here about twice a week!

beer and garlic rolls are the only thing worth getting. I grew up down the street from Steves and this is where we would always go in high school. But once Piccolo Pizza opened on 123rd me and pretty much everyone i know switched over to the better pizza. Steves pizza is soggy, too sweet, and the ingrediants dont compare to piccolo. I heard some of the subs arent bad but when it come to pizza in north miami Piccolo Pizza is the place to go.

Bad experience , Primos on South Beach kills them. I had some family from out of town visiting and I had told them Steve's has good pizza .

I ordered two pies and was very dissapointed since the sauce was not sweet like it is suppose to be and had no taste.

The sad thing is I called to ask if they changed the sauce and was told it's the same recipe for 30 years . I did not even get an apology .
