This 40,000-square-foot showroom holds a massive inventory of lighting, decorative hardware, plumbing, furniture and accessories. A receptionist directs customers either to a salesperson or directly to a particular area of the warehouse. Do-it-yourselfers and professional designers and architects flock here, since it's one of the few design galleries open to the public. There's even a cafe to accommodate those long decision-making processes. Each member of the sales staff are trained in a particular area and get continuous training throughout the year.
