AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! My little baby for many years. a very cute and tough . she had a freak accident and had a swollen back leg and was not breathing well I didn't see it happen she was sleeping with me all night long on her PILLOW by my head sorry long store short I wanted to get her well I have been to a lot of vets and they are are out for the dollar!!! I took a chance with is place ... A BIG MISTAKE !!! I wish looked at the website before I took her ! I just lost her Saturday 3-30-2013 I will never forgive or forget them MURDERER SO CALL VET. they made the worst mistake ever!!! p.s . over a grand they charged me MIND YOU I don't give a dam how much MONEY as long as MY BABY IS GOING TO GET WELL!! AFTER A WEEK OR TWO they told me to take her to a hospital after over a week of there b.s. tests they should of said that from the get go !!! BUT THEY WOUNT MAKE MONEY ...UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN BY THE WAY WHEN I TOOK HER TO THE HOPITAL THE SAME DAY THE REAL VET SAID WERES ALL THE PAPERS?? XRAYS ? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE QUACK DID DIDNT SHAVE HER TO SEE THE LEG !THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME ALL OF THE TEST RESULTS OR XRAYS AND I DID ASK FOR THEM THEY SAID ITS ALL THERE .... A BIG LIE!!!! FOR THEM the DOLLAR is more important to them!!! what comes around goes around THE QUACK I PUT MY TRUST AND THIS IS THE RESULT !! people that recommended this place don't know any better!!! DONT LEAVE YOU PET THERE , YOU WILL REGET IT !! BELIEVE ME THEY KILLED MY BABY!!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! I had an incredibly TERRIBLE experience at Arch Creek Animal Clinic. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!! And HEARTLESS PEOPLE!!!! I had to go there with my dog for an emergency because my regular vet was closed. They were going to charge me $53 for the initial visit and $500 to stop my dog's tiny hemorrhage, a procedure my regular vet does for $80. My dog had already bled a lot and they refused to help me unless I paid that EXPENSIVE BILL. They definitely want to soak you for money, which shows their LACK of passion and love for their profession. I ended up going somewhere else where they charged me a lot less and their initial visit was only $20. Again, TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!

AVOID!. I called in advance to obtain pricing. The friendly receptionist told me total costs for shots & tag renewal would be $107. So I took my dog in. I then received a call that my "child" needed procedures to ensure it didn't have the mange and cost would be $440! I knew my dog didn't have the mange. He is an inside dog and only had one hot spot and had no other symptoms. Mange was not a reasonable or probable diagnosis at all.

This was a ridiculous attempt to put my dog thorough a procedure the vet knew my dog didn't need in order to charge me.

Then, when I went to pick up my dog, they added a $54 office visit fee that was not disclosed in advance! They refused to give me my dog without paying the office visit fee. The vet refused to waive the fee even though the receptionist confirmed that she told me the price was $107.

Clearly, this vet lacks both ethics and a focus on customer service. If the receptionist made an error, they should have honored the price quoted and provided the employee with proper training to avoid a reoccurence. I will be sure to share my experience and NEVER use this service again.

A Good Thing. I been going here for a good 13 /14 yrs. I went to a few other places B4 i found Arch Creek and didn't like the all around feeling of the other places and lack of concern, seemed like the caring wasn't there. I tried Arch Creek, the reason at first, partly was i heard that they care for and treat the police dogs. I had a very good experience for then on, yes, they are a bit expensive but to me worth it, (there's always pet insurance to help cut the cost). You want the best care for a family member right , well, that's what your pet is, a part of your family. The staff and doctors there CARE and it shows. Since writing this my little one has passed but when the time comes to adopt another, i will most definatley take them there. I could write so much more and many good things but i'd take up the whole page. Very well recommended !

Terrible people - RIP OFF. I went to Arch Creek Animal Hospital in Miami and it was the worst experience at the Vet I have ever had, I felt they wanted to soak me for money and said I needed several tests, pills, and products. Before looking at my dog they came with a huge bill for all the costs telling me all the items were essential. Very uncomfotable protocol. At the time it seemed I had no choice, but I found another vet and never went back. I heard others at the local dog park say the same thing.

Great place for my dog. The staff was so friendly to me and Apollo (my doberman). I was very impressed by the facility. It is a great place and from now on I think I am going to take Apollo there for his check ups.
