The cook should be fired, the chicken is ALWAYS overcooked and black as hell, with little to no seasoning. Go to another Pollo, the staff isn't very hasty either.

They are extremely slow with service. But what pollo tropical isn't? They just don't practice any customer service skills what so ever.
