Excellence in service. Dover Jewelry is hidden in downtown Miami at Alfred Dupont building. Very professional and friendly, reasonable and fair prices. If you want to sell jewerly, this IS the place. Great customer service experience.

Good Experience! I looked all over miami for a place to give me a reasonable price for my jewelry. I found that place when I went to Dover Jewelry located in downton Miami. The staff was professional and curtious. They paid me good prices for several pieces of jewelry.

I give 5 stars to Dover Jewelry!!! I looked everywhere to sell my watches and just found rude, and unprofessional people who wanted to give me just pennys and even more, they made me feel like if I was begging for something. So, you don't have to look anymore to find the best place, with the best service and knowledge ever!! They know all the prices in the market and will guide you, explaining a lot of things about what you are selling, that you may not know, and of course, they give the BEST $$ for your jewelry or antique!!! You can trust them 100%. They are soo professional,respectful and friendly!! Thx

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I've been to many places trying to sell my daughter's wedding ring and no one has given me a better price for it. Everyone was very professional and even tough I didn't have an appointment I was welcomed. The jeweler I spoke to was very professional, polite and fair. I would HIGHLY recommend Dover if anyone has jewelry to sell. My experience with them was EXCELLENT.!!!!

Outstanding. I visited the Dover Jewelry Buyers in June. I must say I felt a little intimidated at first, but I was quickly put at ease. I was treated with great respect and soon felt very comfortable throughout my meeting. I sold a watch that I had for several years that was very special to me. They were very fair with their assessment ,and an agreement was soon reached. If you are interested in selling a special piece or buying something you have always wanted.........Dover Jewelry is the place to go.

Highly recommended. I went to Dover Jewelry to sell a ring and the transaction went very smooth. They were very professional and friendly. They walk their talk and It was a pleasure to do business with them. I would go back! I highly recommend using them specially if you have a hard to sell item and don't have the contacts.

Most professional, polite and knowledgeable jewelers in MIami. I was expecting a regular storefront jewelry store type of setting but the Dupont Building location is very safe. The staff from the front desk to the two jewelers I spoke with were very fair, most knowledgeable and polite. I was feeling a little intimidated but I was immediately put at ease by the professionalism of the entire staff. I came there to sell some estate jewelry but after meeting the staff, seeing the location and viewing the great website of Dover, I will look forward to being a customer. Jewelers you can trust are an asset in any town. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!

Good deal. I sold them my 70's Omega watch after three other places offered me less than $30. They pay what your things are worth.
