TERRIBLE! Scarred my upper lip! never go to them!. I went to get my upper lip waxed, and I have been getting my lip waxed for over 10 years. I have never, I repeat, NEVER had such a terrible experience in my life! My upper lip was burned from being waxed 4 times in the same place (your supposed to only be waxed max twice in the same area I just learned from a friend in beauty school). I do not have sensitive skin and have waxed many times before- and the center does not rectify the issue, merely they told me to go to walgreens and get mederma... so far, no management has called to apologize or address my request to have my botched lip wax and mederma compensated--- NEVER GO HERE! TERRIBLE! I wish there was an option to give a negative star rating just for European wax center.

Be Careful. I went to the European Wax Center in Aventura, Fl (located on Biscayne Blvd.) to get my eye brows done for a wedding. Big mistake. While the woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly the lady who waxed my eyebrows, Jenny, did a terrible job. Jenny repeatedly put wax over my eyebrow to pull out single hairs, instead of using a tweezer, which made no sense to me. And even after her job, I still had hair everywhere. I made her go over my eyebrows twice with a tweezer, but she still missed lots of hair and I eventually had to fix her mistake. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 14 and have never been burned, however when I went here Jenny burned my eyebrows in TWO places. I went to the wedding with burn marks and uneven eyebrows. She did a terrible job, and I will NEVER go back here. She had no eye what she was doing, burned me, and then still missed hair and made them uneven... Not worth the trip! Stay away from this place.

Least Painful Wax EVER. I have been going here for years, its very clean, they have the best wax around, NO STRIPS, which makes all of the difference... and they have experienced waxers (just be sure to ask for someone who has been around) ... And compared to other places that offer that kind of wax, its a decent price.
