New Management Is Horrible! Stay Away From Waterways Village! Renter Beware!

I am so disappointed with the new management. Waterways Village used to be such a nice community. In just a few months, new management has turned this place into a horrible place to live. Unfriendly associates, garbage everywhere, new manager who cares about nothing but money, and maintenance that never responds. SHAME ON AIMCO. I lived in Waterways Village for 7 happy years. I just moved out last month. RENTER BEWARE!

• Cons: Nasty New Manager, Unfriendly Staff, Horrible Maintenance
