Gorgeous Jewelry. I have been going to Starvin Marvin for 15 years and must say that he has some of the most exquisite jewelry I have ever seen. And then there are his watches... oh the watches. The selection is amazing. Marvin has always been fair and consistent in our negotiations. Always upfront about what I was buying regarding value and quality. It has always been a pleasure doing business with Marvin and I would highly reccomend this store to anyone who is interested in buying fine jewelry or time pieces.

Excellent Service/Great Selection. Starvin Marvin's had by far the best selection that I was looking for in the International Jewelry Exchange!!! Staff was helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for, and they provided me with a great shopping experience!!!

CHEAT. I bought a watch from the store, which was smaller than it appeared in the photograph i saw before buying, i called up the store to tell them i was returning it and promptly did within 4 days of receiving it. To my utmost shock, i was told by the store owner that i could not get a refund, even though i was not told it was non returnable when i made the purchase, when he eventually agreed to refund, he insisted on taking a 20% restocking fee, i found that ridiculous. He thereafter refused to take my calls and kept on refering me to his lawyer. This is six months after, even after the lawyer said he would refund my money, he still has not. I consider him a cheat and believe he chose to act in this manner cos he knows i live abroad. Its really sad that a retailer in the age and time will treat a customer in this manner. Especially cos the world is now a Global Village. i am still waiting to get my money back.
