Peruvian Food. If you want taste one of the best food from all over the world this is the place.
Big portions for reasonable prices and great taste!.
We started our dinner with 'Papa a la Huancaina' - one of the best I've had since visiting Peru. The Lomo Saltado was delicious though I'm not sure if the meat was actually 'lomo' (tenderloin), nonetheless very very tasty. I would skip the arroz chaufa.
It was my first time at this restaurant and I felt I was transported back to Peru, from the simple but traditional decorations on the wall to the live music I would call this a little hidden treasure which mirrors what a local restaurant looks like in many towns accross Peru. Unpretentious in its decor but proud of its food. Perfect for family and/or friend get togethers.
Portions are pretty large and prices are very good. Two people can have a great meal and drinks for under $30.
I'll be back next time I'm in town!!!
Excellent Food, if you know Spanish.
The food here is excellent, but the service seems to only cater to spanish speakers. It is is hard to communicate with anyone including the owner if you do not speak spanish. The staff looks at you strange, and an english speaker feels very uncomfortable.
If you can get past these, the food is of high quality.
Viva Peru!. Some excellent Peruvian specialties. Not just ceviche here. Lots of fish, seafood and meats to choose from. The lomo saleado is tasty. Service isn't spectacular, but the food shines rhrough. Papas a la hyancaina are so delicious, you'll want to clean your plate. Go with a large group and order different dishes to share. Enjoy the music on the weekends. Bring the family and enjoy!
Good Food, Good Service, Good Music. Fun place to eat on weekends with music. Servers are helpful and pleasant. Lots to choose from. Fun for couples or large groups. Leave the kids HOME-too distracting.
Viva Peru!. Do yourself a favor & take a drive up to North Miami Beach and eat, eat , eat. Every dish is lovingly prepared by a very competent kitchen staff. The food is then served by lovely waitresses. Try the pescado "a lo macho".....yummy!
