high prices

Nobody minds paying for good service. This is not how it is here. High prices with poor service. I will not ever return. Even tho it was a gift, it was not worth it. I have been to other spas that charge a lot less and offer a lot more. Here they want to get you out as fast as they can.

Gift Card

DO NOT purchase a gift card from this spa. These gift cards have an expatriation date of 1 year and once they expire the spa refuses to accept them or extend their use. I expected a little better customer service from a place advertising these types of services. After spending more than $200 my gift card isn't worth the plastic its made of.

Being so overpriced for below average service is lousy. I'm over it. Paying much more than its worth. I could have given myself a better facial. And the massage.Ugh, I even got up before my time was up. I didn't feel like lisening to her continuous chatter.Never again.

Know Before You Go:
The most popular treatment is the Total Body Fango: clients painted with heated Italian mud, wrapped enchilada-style in plastic and blankets and then scrubbed with a loofah.
Facials:
The Gentlemen's Facial treats skin irritated by shaving, sun exposure and lack of regular cleansing. A hydrating treatment leaves skin smooth and well-conditioned.
Massages:
All of the massages can be enjoyed outside under the sun, beneath the shade of a cabana or indoors.
