Viva Peru. Way out in Doral, tucked in a bland mini-mall, sits this small, quaint restaurant. And they're serving great seafood and Peruvian specialities, too numerous to count. The pescado a lo macho was superb! they had a few types of chaufa- with seafood or meat. Lots of soups, appetizers....don't miss the papas a la huancaina! The service is excellent-friendly and helpful. No gratuity added onto check-like on South Beach, the capital of poor service! So you can feel free to leave a well-deserved HUGE tip!
