Bought a car there last year, and I had no issues. It was a painless and exciting process from beginning to end!
Grand Prize Delivered the Grand Suprise: Racism and Rudenes
by smd08 at Citysearch
I am a African American male who has been a Grand Prize customer for approximately ten years. I went in for a brake job which cost me over $500.00, after picking up the car I realized it was still not properly repaired. I returned for the service to be corrected. The service personal , after leaving a message to convey that the vehicle was ready did not realize that the phone was still on, he continued to say " %^cking black bastard, now go tell Rubin that, if Don would have fixed it right the first time. Grand Prize delivered the Grand Suprise, RACISM! RUDENESS! And Horrible customer service.
Grand Prize Chevrolet is the Worst
by mav1123 at Citysearch
NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Worst Dealership in Miami. My family and I went to Grand Prize Chevrolet on SW 152nd Avenue to test drive a Traverse. At the very begining of our negotiations the salesman, knowing that I am Cuban American, made a racial slur about Cubans to me. To make it even worse he did it in front of my wife and children. He told me he was Puerto Rican/Italian despite the fact that I never asked nor cared about his ethnicity. I was very angry and left the dealership. I called to complain to the Sales Manager. At one point during the phone conversation I addressed the sales manager as "dude" as I wa raised in the 80's in the USA and have never know the term to be disrepectful. The sales manager became enraged because I addressed him as dude. I guess he would have preferred "your highness" He then hung up on me. Ridiculously bad customer service, absolute lack of proffesionalism. Should have known when I saw no customers in the dealership at about 2:00 pm on a Sunday. To bad GM shut down Spitzer Autoworld instead of Grand Prize. Big Mistake on their part.
- Pros: None
