Terrible, rude, and unreliable. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere...

Stress elimination is the point of this place, not the opposite, and this last experience was excrutiatingly stressful. I call to make an appointment for my wife; flexible with our dates, I ask them to confirm what dates are available. "Sure, let me transfer you to the person who handles the schedules", I was told by Alexis the receptionist. As soon as this person answered she asked what dates I'd like assuring me there was availability within the next week. The instant I informed her that I had a certain promo they had previously offered that I had purchased and was ready to redeem, she abruptly asked me to hold and transferred me back to the receptionist. The person I was transferred to (whom I was later told was the manager, Carmen Sanchez) then informed me that they were booked solid for the duration of the promo and would instead put me on a cancelation list before transferring me instantly yet again...what?!?!

Though there was ample time to honor the promo, I offered this third person, Yolanda, my own flexibility requesting again what dates (no matter how far into the future they might be) would be best for them, and if they were still truly booked then to have the courtesy of honoring the purchased promo beyond the expiration date as we would be flexible (imagine that, the customer catering them and their needs). I was told I could leave my number and that the manager would call me when she could (no one could verify when she would be there or any other aspect of her schedule or contact information), if she could.

I will resist going into further detail, but the exchange that followed turned intense (without provocation); I was even insulted and hung up on. With money wasted on an offer and a blatant refusal to honor their own terms of agreement, I can not recommend this place. The service fees being what they are regardless, my advice is that one use the money on a higher end establishment...for the money, one should be properly pampered, something this particular business has forgotten was/is their ultimate purpose in the first place.

uno d los mejores,,,. el spa es super lindo ,,la atencion,,mucho mejor,,,

me encantan los masajes les recomiendo el de las piedras calientes....y no lean los reviews negativos son d personas que no saben vivir la vida y estan amargados,,,,mejor se quedan en su casa y no salgan mas,,,,si tu vas a un lugar a relajarte no t debe de importar mucho si se demoran o no para k te atiendan ya k alla tienen un lugar de espera muy lindo con buena musica,,y tranquilo y si te dejan esperando es para k antes del servicio te puedas relajar,,,del extres de la calle,,,,vallan k no se va a arrepentir,,,,,,se los aceguro,,,,,,,,,,tambien tienen especiales de marte a viernes antes de tres de todos los servicios,,super,,,

Overrated Mess. First of all I had the worst customer service I have ever received over the phone. I tried to make an appointment three times! Every one I spoke to was a complete B*tch. They do not care about the customer at all. I thought it was because of my groupon, but then I realized other people have been treated like this regularly at Imagos. The lobby is nice, but the place is very outdated and didn't even have a decent shower or any shampoo, conditioner or soap in the shower. The massage itself was ok. It didn't stand out as amazing or horrible. But I was still offput from the customer service with the lobby attendant. This was the opposite of relaxing experience.

BEST SPA IN MIAMI!!!!. I found this spa in city search with good reviews so i figured it had to be good and booked an appointment for my wife's anniversary. The staff went out of there way to surprise my wife with gifts i had bought her placing them through out the spa. The place was beautiful with a great aroma and relaxing music. My wife absolutely loved it!! I already booked our next appointment for the both of us.

Tranquil Retreat. I visited Imagos new location in South Miami and fell in love with it! It is beautiful, relaxing, elegant, and in a great location. My experience there was absolutely amazing. I havent felt this good and relaxed in a really long time. I especially recommend the Rose petal bath followed by a massage. Everyone was super nice and professional. I will definitely be returning for more services very soon!

Good time.... Well I was annoyed by the location haha too many u turns. But the Spa was nice, and nice people alittle pricey but it feels good to do something for yourself out side of the regular stresses of the day... I will be going back for a VIPeel...very soon! I personally recommend Carmella...

Wonderful Day at the Spa!. I received a wonderful gift from my husband for Mothers Day! I had a facial, which was GREAT! The aesthetician was very knowledgeable about the skin and helped me learn how to better care for my face. It was very relaxing. Then after I had a one hour massage. WOW! The massage therapist found all the knots and made them disappear. Relaxed doesnt begin to describe the great feelings. Then I had a manicure and pedicure after. The lady was soo sweet and did a beautiful job. All in all, it was an amazing day. Thanks to my husband!

Zero Stars, Expensive, Crappy Pedicure, Crappy Service for Upscale Salon. I was looking for a reputable, clean, upscale salon to do a pedicure so I logged onto citysearch and looked under the "Best of" list for places to go. I was willing to pay a little more for good service so I made an appointment here. All but one reviewer gave this place 5 stars so I figured it had to be good. I called and they said a pedicure was $35 and with french, extra $5. I requested an appointment and for a Tuesday, the only thing they said they had was for one in the afternoon because they were completely "booked". Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. They make you give your credit card over the phone and if you don't cancel within 24 hours, they charge you for the service regardless of whether or not you go. I came in and the manager was obnoxious. She was like "May I help you? Do you have an appointment!! Is this your first time??" The pedicure chair is a recliner and there is a tub that they fill with water and has no jets. The place was dead, no one was in there and they said it was completely "booked." My technician didn't even talk to me. She looked like she was ready to go home and take a nap. The tools she used on my feet didn't even look sanitized. Horrible pedicure, I didn't even get a massage. All I got was some lotion on my feet. I didn't even get a real toe separator, I got tissue strips wrapped around each toe like bandages. The french was painted on with white polish by hand and she didn't even bother to make the lines straight or fix it with a brush. When I went to pay, the receptionist told me my total was $40 and whether to add the 15% tip on my credit card or cash. At what point did I say I wanted to tip 15% for crappy service? Supposedly the place is owned by a plastic surgeon in the same building, but I'm going to find a regular nail salon that does pedicures for $20. This place is a rip-off. No wonder it was dead. This is the first and last time for Imagos Day Spa. The reviews on here were probably written by staff members.

Awesome Spa!!!!. My friend had highly recommended this spa to me. I called them and made an appointment for a Miami Splash Deluxe package. The receptionist was very attentive and helpful and the services were outstanding! The spa was very neat and the environment was very relaxing. I highly recommend this spa for any special occasion. This will be one of the best gifts for anyone to receive a pampering day! I cant wait to come back.

The Best Gift :). For my birthday my boyfriend gave me the Imagos Day Retreat. I enjoed myself so much, that I cant wait to return for more services at Imagos Day Spa. This was the most perfect gift I ever received!!! It was very relaxing and the atmosphere was wonderful!!!
