Best by comparison, talented, experienced, well trained, licensed therapists. Not only are the staff and therapists top notch, warm and welcoming but the atmosphere is very soothing and pleasant.

THIS MUST BE WHAT HEAVEN IS LIKE!!! :). As soon as I walked through the door this welcoming calming feeling came over me. From the free tea in the waiting room to the friendly staff. This is one of Miamis best kept secrets. I recomend anyone who wants to take a break from there busy stressful life to stop by. Every therapist there has been more highly trained and talented than any massage I've received from across the country. They really love their work and it shows. I feel blessed to have stumbled across such an enriching place. Try it you'll like it. I did. Thanks Body Mind Spirit, TJ, Blanche, and all your staff! For all your help in getting me back on my feet!! I couldn't keep up with my schedule without you guys in my corner!!!!
