Zinia Leon and her sister Sonia Arce are lying..
After 41 years in business, dealing with, if not hundreds, possibly thousands of satisfied families , have decided to set their sites on me and my business.
Granted you try to please all of your clients, but the reality is that some of them will ultimately find that no matter what you do or say it will never work. They will do everything to make everyone feel that doing any business with me will end in gloom and doom. My 41 years stands on its own. 3 compliants in 41 years is something I dont want to live with, but after trying to deal with the people in Citysearch makes my feel I must. I believe I have a highly educated and reasonable audience and if they do require further clarification on these 2 matters, I will be happy to open my records to them. It is sad that I must address this at this point, but everyone does remember the comments on a wornan scorned. These are two.
Owes me money!. He and his son, refuses to return my deposit, on an "applicaftion" for residency! $1100. 00 they cant keep doing this to people.
Excellent and professional service.
I have used Donald Charnin and Nationwide Real Estate Services for many years. He is very attentive to both me as an owner, my tenant and the upkeep of my property. Tenants have been meticulously screened with credit reports, police reports, prior evictions, and consultations with prior landlords.
In the years that I have used them I have received my rent in a timely fashion and always fully accounted for. The times I needed repairs, they were completed with no hitch, costs were in line with normal standards for the jobs at hand. I am very satisfied and would recommend their services and will continue to use them.
Avoid at all cost.
Turn around and run. He owes me $8,000. He collects rent from tenant ,sends you the check, the check bounces, he doesn't even apologize, and does it again. I am suing. I discovered two other people who are going through the same thing. He also calls the property owner, asks for money for a repair, and keeps the money himself. He will tell the tenant that the owner cannot be reached.
He promises to send the money, he apologizes....do not trust him. Avoid him. If he is your property manager you must make direct contact with the tenant to ensure that what he is charging the tenant is what he is telling you he is charging. Ask about the contract, repairs, etc. Do not overlook anything
The comments above are made by her sisters. Please review the comments on them.
