Best Athentic Italian Restaurant in the Kendall Area. The best authentic Italian restaurant in Kendall the owners Gil and Carmen are warm and friendly always greet you as if you are a part of their family. The food is cook to your order and the taste is awsome. The imported wine is excellent and the environment is homelike.

The best Italian. The atmosphere at Gil Capa's Italian Restaurant is casual and friendly. Chef Gil and his wife Carmen treat you like family. The food is always cooked to order so you can't be in a hurry....the wait is always worth it. The pasta is out of this world and every dish is prepared with loving care. If you like Italian food at it's best, do not miss Gil's.

Located in the Shops at Sabal Chase on 113th place, just off Killian Parkway (opposite Miami Dade Community College).

Good traditional Italian. Visiting from Portland Oregon I stumbled on Gil Capas hidden away in a suburban shopping mall. The food was fresh, portions very substantial and the preperation was very traditional.

The prices were amazingly low for the quality and the atmospere was very homey. I was made to feel like a part of the family.

I have eaten Italian food all over the world and Gil Capas is a very solid restaurant, worth a visit.
